This page explains how to delete an Enviz account, including one created with Facebook, Google or Apple. The account and its access methods are deleted after double confirmation; technical file cleanup is then checked automatically.
Use your email address or the social provider linked to your account.

Open “My account”
In “My data”, you can first download a JSON copy of your information.

Select “Delete my account”
Confirm the action, then type the account’s exact email address. This double check prevents accidental deletion.
What is deleted
Your Enviz account, profile, sign-in credentials and sessions
Facebook, Google or Apple identities linked to Enviz
Owned lists, gifts, invitations, notifications and gift preferences
Gift Circle relationships and personalisation data linked to the account
Uploaded images that are no longer used; cleanup is retried automatically after a technical failure
What may remain without identifying you
Aggregated statistics or technical logs after the account identifier has been removed
A reservation linked to your account or content added to someone else’s list may remain useful to that list, but without your name or account link
Transactional messages already received by other people may retain the displayed first name for their normal retention period
A hashed, pseudonymised email fingerprint is retained solely to prevent ChatGPT access from automatically recreating the account; it is removed if you explicitly register again
Backup copies during technical rotation or information required by a legal obligation
Account created with Facebook, Google or Apple
The process is the same: sign in with the provider you used, then delete the account from “My account”. This removes the social link stored by Enviz but does not delete your Facebook, Google or Apple account. You may also remove Enviz from the provider’s connected-app settings.
Can no longer access your account?
Email contact@enviz.fr from the address linked to the account with the subject “Delete my Enviz data”. Never send your password. A proportionate identity check may be requested when necessary.
Enviz handles requests as quickly as possible and no later than the period set by the GDPR. The privacy policy details retention periods and applicable rights.
